As anticipated, the OFCCP has launched its Verification program by publishing the 2022 reporting process.   On February 1st, 2022, contractors and subcontractors may begin registering for access to the portal.   On March 31th, 2022, contractors and subcontractors will be able to utilize the certification feature in the portal to certify their AAP compliance for all three required AAPs (women and minorities, disabilities and protected veterans).   By June 30th, 2022, existing contractors and subcontractors must certify whether they have developed and maintained an affirmative action program for each establishment and/or functional unit.  

What This Means for Employers
Employers with AAPs with a renewal date between January 1st and April 1st must have completed 2022 AAPs no later than June 30th in order to certify their compliance.   Employers with current AAPs that began between May 2021 and December 2021 should plan to certify compliance as soon as possible after March 31st, 2022.
