The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs has released a new Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing required for OFCCP audits. These new audit requirements significantly expand the items and data which must be submitted to OFCCP within 30 of the receipt of the Scheduling Letter. All employers should begin planning right away. HR Specialties will offer two identical Webinars about the new data requirements.

If you are interested in attending either of these webinars – 9:00 AM PT on Tuesday, September 26th or 11:00 AM PT on Wednesday, September 28th, please contact us. As always, if you are a current client or client attorney the recordings of these webinars are available upon request.

The OFCCP has posted updated FAQs for contractors regarding the new Scheduling Letter & Itemized Listing. The OFCCP plans to post a course in its Contractor Compliance Institute to provide additional guidance.
